We have spigots! Empty We have spigots!

...and this time it's for real.....ended up getting a whole new head on one. The plumber showed up to put the new part into it, and discovered a different part couldn't hold the set screw...totally stripped. It was going to take WEEKS to get that part, so I said screw it, get a new one, and we'll use the old one for parts if we need to.

He came back around 3:30....put the new head on...and now.....at LONG LONG LAST...I can water from both....put the short hoses on, and now I don't have to worry about the hoses freezing either. Only took 7 months.

Colder than a well diggers butt, today....it's only 9 right now...supposed to warm up to 22 this afternoon....long down coat for me, today. Haven't had to wear my Frankenstein boots, yet, tho....they're muscle builders...LOL.
